Full description

For owners, general managers and finance leads of restaurants, cafés and small hotels who need to know whether there will be enough cash to pay staff, rent, suppliers and tax over the next three months. You enter expected sales by channel and your payment schedule once. The workbook applies card and platform settlement delays, fees and supplier terms, then shows weekly closing cash against your minimum buffer, flags the weeks that fall short and lets you test a weaker scenario with one switch.

Save with a bundle: this template is also in the Hotel Finance, Development & Pre-Opening Bundle, 10 templates for $35 instead of $76. All 141 templates are in the All-Access Hospitality Template Library for $79.

FAQ

Does it work for a restaurant only, or a hotel only?

Yes to both. Rename the channels on Settings to match your business and leave unused ones at zero.

How does the settlement lag work?

Each channel has a lag in days. Sales are spread over the week, so a 2-day lag moves part of a week's card sales into the next week, and a 30-day lag moves account sales about four weeks out.

How do I roll the forecast forward?

Save a dated copy, move the start date on by 7 days, update opening cash to your bank balance and shift your sales inputs up one row.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs after import.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
