Introducing the sewing pattern for the All Tied Up Clutch!
This is a very beginner friendly sewing project that was designed to be a scrap buster (for the small "Sarah" size) and to need no hardware to complete. The small size fold over clutch was originally designed to hold face masks when not in use (because we should be keeping our face masks out of our pockets and the bottoms of our purses so they stay clean).
The large (Sophie) size is meant for an Ipad or similar size tablet. When folded over and closed, the Sophie size measure approximately 12" across the top, 10.5" across the bottom, 8.5" tall and has about 1.75" depth.
The small (Sarah) size is meant for regular sized, rectangular shaped, pleated masks and measures 6 1/4” across the top, 5 1/2” across the bottom, 5 3/4" tall with 1” depth.
Materials you will need include:
-The sewing pattern, printed at ACTUAL SIZE (DO NOT SCALE IT TO FIT TO THE PAGE) and cut out (taped for Sophie Tablet size)
-Fat quarter of exterior fabric (or vinyl) (½ yard for Sophie)
-Fat quarter of lining/contrast fabric (½ yard for Sophie)
-Interfacing for exterior fabric, such as SF101 (none if using vinyl)
-Optional fusibile foam or some type of padding for Sophie Tablet size
-The general stuff: Sewing machine, needle, thread, fabric scissors, clips or pins (clips if using vinyl)
