Skill level:
This pattern is labelled as advanced beginner - intermediate. The majority of this pattern would be suitable for a confident beginner, but has been labelled as advanced beginner-intermediate, because a few testers mentioned that sewing bias binding was something that was new to them. Also, because of the pleats and visibility on the pattern. That being said, I think a confident beginner could tackle this pattern with no problem!
A basic knowledge of how to use a sewing pattern, and basic sewing machine knowledge is needed for this pattern.

Fabric and notions:
This pattern has been designed for light-medium weight woven fabric with little to no stretch. We recommend something with a nice drape and nothing too heavy. Lightweight cottons, cotton chambray, lighter weight linen and linen blends, tencel, rayon/viscose and rayon/viscose blends would all work well for this top. NOTE: Different fabrics will produce different results.
