The Birth Partner Relaxation track is a perfect audio for birth partners to listen to, to help them prepare for their support role during the birth, to help them support birthing mama effectively and to feel more confident about the birth. Birth partners should listen to the hypnosis as many times as they can, ideally 3 to 4 times per week and every day in the last few weeks before your estimated due date.
Remember by listening to the tracks over and over again before birth your body and mind become more and more familiar with the processes of a calm relaxed birth, so increasing your confidence and reducing any anxiety you may have about the birth. As the mind does not know the difference between imagination and reality, once you go into labour for real, all the suggestions just kick in as the body recognises the sensations and triggers and says “Oh yes, we have done this before – this is a sign for me to relax, stay calm etc..”
