In this guided meditation, I offer an introduction to self-compassion which is a key stepping stone for avoiding or recovering from burnout. When we are very stressed it can be really challenging to be compassionate to ourselves so this meditation is a great way to begin to gently build this capacity by allowing our body to to release some tension as we visit our always available safe place.
