In Great Britain in 2024/25, work related MSDs affected 511,000 workers and led to 7.1 million lost working days, an average of 14 days per person (HSE). It equips managers and employees to spot risk early, fix workstations and tasks, build movement into the working day, and support colleagues in pain so short problems do not become long absences.

• Online course (3.5 hours): 5 modules and 15 interactive lessons with knowledge checks, a 10 item toolkit and a 20 question final assessment. Learners who score 80% or more download a personalised certificate. Progress saves automatically. Runs in any browser and can be hosted on your intranet or learning platform.
• 40 page fillable workbook: in A4 and US Letter, including the workstation check, TILE manual handling assessment, ten minute mobility routine, red flags guide, ASK conversation planner, team habits audit and 30 day action plan.
• Facilitator slides (Team licence and above): 26 editable PowerPoint slides with full speaker notes. Add your own logo and local contacts.
• Facilitator guide (Team licence and above): half day and modular session plans, step by step activity instructions, role play scenario cards, answer keys, guidance for sensitive situations, evaluation framework and ready to send rollout emails and a senior leader briefing note.
• Forms (Team licence and above): attendance register, before and after confidence surveys, session evaluation and a fillable certificate template for facilitated sessions.
• Licence certificate: confirming your organisation's licence and learner numbers for audit and procurement.
