Around one in seven people in the UK are neurodivergent, according to Acas, including people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and Tourette's. Yet the Buckland Review of Autism Employment found only around three in ten working age autistic people are in work, compared with eight in ten non disabled people. And in the CIPD's 2024 research, one in five neurodivergent employees had experienced harassment or discrimination at work because of their neurodivergence. Most of the barriers sit in recruitment and everyday management, and most are simple to remove.

APEX Neurodiversity at Work is a complete, ready to deliver training programme for HR, inclusion, wellbeing and L&D teams. It equips managers and recruiters to understand common conditions, apply the law and respond well to disclosure, use respectful language, recruit and onboard inclusively, communicate clearly, adjust the working environment and build a neuroinclusive culture.

• Online course (3.5 hours): 5 modules and 15 interactive lessons with knowledge checks, a 10 item toolkit and a 20 question final assessment. Learners who score 80% or more download a personalised certificate. Runs in any browser and can be hosted on your intranet or learning platform.

• Forms (Team licence and above): attendance register, before and after confidence surveys, session evaluation and a fillable certificate template.
