Bringing generations together

In this lesson, students will talk about different intergenerational activities, share their experiences and interests. They will also predict some information before watching a news report and then listen for gist and for details. In terms of listening decoding skills, students will focus on verbs and phrasal verbs related to technology in context. Students will work on pronunciation by analyzing the /dʒ/ sound in context.

By the end of the lesson, students will choose a follow-up task according to their interests and needs.
