Z-8G
INFORMATION
The Z-18's ancestors include the Avicopter AC313 and Changhe/Harbin Z-8, both of which were created from the Aérospatiale SA 321 Super Frelon.
There are notable changes that enhance interior capacity in the lower fuselage, which has been reconstructed to mimic the AC313 in appearance. The rotor blades and rotor appear to be made of more titanium and composite materials, while the Z-8's boat-like lower fuselage is replaced with a tail ramp for light vehicles. The glass cockpit aircraft is propelled by three WZ-6C turboshafts.
