Customer Licence & Permitted Use — R3GOLA WORKS Payhip Product Licence v1.1

This product is licensed directly by André Maritz, sole proprietor trading as R3GOLA WORKS, to the purchasing business for its own internal operations. The purchasing business may edit, complete and customise the supplied documents; print or reproduce reasonable copies for internal use by personnel who need access; retain records it completes; and store working copies in its internal document or recordkeeping systems. Use the included report, corrective-action record and tracker only within the purchasing business’s own operations.

Permitted operational sharing: The purchasing business may share completed records and relevant customised working documents with regulators, auditors, professional advisers, consultants, customers and service providers acting for, or legitimately dealing with, it, only as reasonably necessary for the purposes in the full licence. Applicable confidentiality, privacy and statutory obligations remain in force. Recipients gain no independent licence to reproduce, adapt, distribute or reuse blank templates for another business or multiple consultancy clients.

The licence applies to the purchasing business as one legal entity at the locations it operates; it does not grant an independent licence to affiliates, franchisees, clients, consultants acting for another business, or any separate legal entity. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying templates or other supplier-owned intellectual property. Except for the sharing expressly allowed for completed records and relevant customised working documents above, blank source files and templates may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, white-labelled, mass-shared or reused for another business. This limited sharing does not give recipients an independent licence to use the blank templates.

These documents are practical food-safety resources, not legal advice, certification, regulatory approval or a guarantee of compliance or audit success. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. This supplier licence does not amend, waive or claim priority over Payhip’s Terms of Use or End User Licence; their relationship to the supplier-granted internal-use rights remains an acknowledged contractual risk.
