This 4 week program has a hypertrophy focus & strength focus, likely good for athletes or lifters looking to gain strength & mass. The first two weeks provide some volume & reps to begin building muscle. Then the 2nd two weeks switch to strength phase of lower rep schemes. You can continue to rotate through these phases as you like for continued results.
