All custom recordings are delivered using our brand’s signature (general) North American female voice profile. We do not outsource to external contractors; your entire package will feature one consistent, high-quality human voice.

Your custom lines can be delivered in the exact style your project requires. When submitting your script, please specify your preferred tone(s) from our core selection:

2. Conversational / Approachable: Friendly, natural, and warm | perfect for standard customer service bots and interactive virtual assistants.

How It Works:

1. Purchase the Listing: Select your desired package size, then complete your order.
2. Submit Your Lines:
3. Provide your script or line list using the script form (received after checkout) or by submitting it to mariedevox@voicevendor.store.
4. Please include any specific pronunciation guides or formatting notes.
5. Delivery: Your custom, organized audio files and matching metadata will be delivered to you as a .zip file with separate WAVs, metadata CSV, and licensing.

Turnaround & Delivery Timeline:

We pride ourselves on efficient delivery without sacrificing audio quality. Because every single line is manually cut, named, and processed through our audio engineering pipeline, turnaround times scale based on total line volume:

• Micro Packs (Up to 20 Lines): 2-3 Business Days
• Developer Packs (Up to 50 Lines): 3-5 Business Days
• Core Packs (Up to 100 Lines): 5–8 Business Days
• Mid-Range Packs (Up to 500 Lines): 10–17 Business Days

Medical and scientific terminology packages require specialized phonetic verification, resulting in a slightly longer turnaround time (e.g., 3 business days for a Micro Pack, while General terminology could be completed in 2 business days).

For Commercial and Enterprise Datasets (1,000 to 5,000+ lines), please use the 'Book Custom Project' form to submit a request and receive a personalized quote.

PLEASE NOTE:

For clear and transparent project sizing, a single "Line" is defined as up to 2 sentences or up to 40 words, whichever limit is reached first. Any prompt or text entry exceeding this limit will count as an additional line toward the package total.

Commercial Licensing & Usage Rights:

Every package includes full commercial usage rights, allowing you to freely integrate the delivered tracks into your software, SaaS platforms, or business applications with zero recurring royalties. While these mid-range packages (up to 500 lines) are not scaled for building a foundational voice clone from scratch, they are fully cleared for model fine-tuning, system benchmarking, and custom voicebot deployment. Once delivered, you have permanent rights to utilize, edit, and host the audio files for your project needs with no hidden legal surprises.
