Emotional Space Reset Tool
The Emotional Space Reset Tool is part of the 'Therapy Tools' Collection.
It is an Emotional Intelligence Exercise based in the Practice of Positive Psychology.
The Emotional Space Reset is both a Visual Aid and a Journalling tool, designed to help you better understand the complexities of one's emotional landscape.
i. Use the 'How I Feel Wheel' (Part 1) and the accompanying journal prompts to identify and redefine the emotional space(s) you reside in.
ii. Next, use the 'Redefine Your Triggers' (Part 2) to analyze why you experience certain emotional triggers in order to shift the paradigm of negative feelings ~ and to instead cultivate positive emotions and self-control.
