MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS FOR TEACHERS PRODUCTIVITY IN GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOLS ( CASE STUDY OF KHANA LGA OF RIVER STATE)

This research investigates the various motivational factors that influence teachers’ productivity in government secondary schools within Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State. It explores how elements such as salary, recognition, working conditions, promotion opportunities, and job satisfaction affect teachers’ performance and commitment to educational goals. The study aims to identify effective motivational strategies that can enhance teaching efficiency, reduce absenteeism, and improve the overall quality of education in public schools.
