The Future of Mobility - Lessons in Digital Literacy

Car ownership and how we power our vehicles is likely to have a huge impact on our ability to fight climate change over the next decade. In this lesson, students develop their awareness of issues around car ownership, mobility and the impact on the environment. They study an infographic on the history of electric cars and share their views on alternatives to car ownership and how attitudes to cars can be changed. They also research some of the pros and cons of the alternatives to car ownership.

• To develop students’ understanding of issues around car ownership and electric vehicles.
