"We’re so thankful for Chris and Jesenia and the role they’ve played in helping us launch our business called Social Karts this past year. When we started, we had the dream but needed real guidance on how to actually build a successful paleta and snack cart business. They gave us clear, practical steps and honest insight from people who have been where we are currently! If you’re thinking about starting or growing a cart business, we can’t recommend Cart Academy enough. It’s been a game changer for us."

Tell us a little about you and what you're hoping to work on!
When we first started our cart business, we had no catering background, no pricing strategy, and no real community to turn to. We had to figure everything out on our own—through trial, error, and way too many mistakes.
Over the years, we’ve built something we’re proud of, but the biggest game-changer wasn’t just learning how to price our services or streamline our operations, it was connecting with other cart owners who truly get it.
At first, we saw new carts as competition, but we realized quickly that there’s enough work for all of us. Some of our best insights have come from conversations with other cart owners, like the time someone shared how they used cold plates instead of dry ice, which ended up saving us thousands of dollars.
We don’t want you to go through this alone like we did. We want to help you build a business that works, one that books consistent events, charges the right prices, and actually makes a profit.
