- Keep the priority A shots, pick the B and C shots you need, and strike out the rest.
- Give each department head their styling checklist two days before the shoot.
- Run the day on the schedule, collect releases and agree usage rights in writing.

FAQ
Does it work for a small hotel without a spa or ballroom?
Yes. Strike out the areas you do not have. The coverage plan shows how many shots each area adds.
Can I give the shot list to my photographer as it is?
Yes. The codes, framing notes and light times are written for a photographer to follow on the day.
Is the model release ready to sign?
No. It shows what a release should cover. Replace it with a form approved by your legal adviser.
What software do I need?
Word or another program that opens .docx files. The PDF opens in any PDF reader.
Is this a physical product?
No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
