Q: Does it work in Google Sheets?

A: Yes. Unzip on a computer, upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets. The formulas use only functions that Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice all support. Charts may look slightly different after conversion.

Q: How is this different from the Podcast Sponsorship Kit?

A: No. You type in your deals, dates, and payments. That keeps it private and working with any platform.

Q: Is this legal advice or a contract template?

A: No. It's a tracking tool and a checklist of terms to confirm. Your signed contract decides what applies. For big or unusual contracts, consider a professional review.

Q: Will the overdue flags update by themselves?

A: Yes. They use today's date unless you type a fixed as-of date on the Settings tab.

Q: I'm a manager. Can I use it for the creators I represent?

A: Yes, inside your own management business. The license doesn't allow sharing or reselling the files.

Q: Can I get a refund?
