Are the modules my own standards? No. They are a starting structure based on general hospitality practice. Edit them to match your procedures.
Is this a physical product? Can I get a refund? It is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Refunds follow the store's policy for digital products.
Who is it for? General managers, training managers, HR and heads of department in hotels, resorts and serviced apartments. It can also be adapted for restaurants.
