Grooming, Conduct & Service Standards Quick Cards: 40 Hotel Staff Standards Cards with Acknowledgement Tracker
Full description
For hotel general managers, human resources and department heads who need clear, short standards that staff will actually read. The Word document holds 40 one-page cards: 10 on grooming, 10 on conduct and 20 on service across arrival, in-stay, food and beverage, and departure. Each card has a title, 5 to 8 standard lines, a Why it matters line, a Check yourself question and a box for your own property detail. The workbook records which of 100 employees has acknowledged each card, calculates completion by department with COUNTIF and SUMIF, and sets the next refresher date for every card with EDATE.

FAQ
Can I change the wording of a card?
Yes. The Word file is fully editable. Change the lines, add your own examples and raise the version number on the Card Index.
What does N/A mean on the tracker?
It marks a card that does not apply to that role, for example food service cards for engineering staff. Completion is calculated on the cards that do apply.
How is the next refresher date set?
Last refresher date plus the cycle in months for the card group, using EDATE. The sample cycle is 3 months for grooming, 6 for conduct and 12 for service. You can change each cycle on Settings.
How many employees can the tracker hold?
120 rows: 100 filled with sample data and 20 spare rows for your own team.
Does the workbook need macros?
No. Every result is a standard worksheet formula.
