This research work is a survey research design which was conducted to find out the problems facing the teaching and learning of integrated science junior secondary schools in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. The researchers used a questionnaire to collect data from the respondents. The data were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, and the Stanine test.


This research consists of a title page, approval page, certification, abstract, Chapters One to Five (from introduction to conclusion), and references. Specifically, the objectives of this study are to identify the challenges that teachers face in teaching Integrated Science; to examine the Impact of Challenges on Academic Performance; to examine the strategies that can be employed to improve the teaching and learning of Integrated Science in junior secondary schools.
