ASSESSING TEACHER-STUDENT CLASSROOM PATTERN AND INTERACTION ON SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS’ ACHIEVEMENT IN CHEMISTRY KOGI STATE, NIGERIA
The technique of teaching chemistry to students is one of the determining factors towards their achievement. Thus, the study investigated teacher-student classroom interaction and patterns as correlates of secondary school students’ achievement in Chemistry in Kogi Education zone. The study adopted a correlation survey design. The main objectives of this research study are to examine the patterns of teacher-student classroom interactions in chemistry classes; to examine the patterns of interaction between students – students during chemistry classes; to assess the impact of teacher-student interactions on students' engagement and learning outcomes in chemistry. This research consists of a title page, approval page, certification, abstract, list of abbreviations, Chapters One to Five (from introduction to conclusion), and references.
