Thought provoking yet a wonderful take.

I personally loved - we’re not a monolith culture. I like the fact you spoke on the impact of comparison culture on young people's mental health. Also, how effectively it underscores how mass media and social media platforms contribute to unrealistic beauty standards and lifestyles.
Me and my sisters spoke on this which sparked a debate at home (a good one). As I personally think there is a detrimental effects on young people’s self-esteem right now especially body image.
Lots to talk about in this area.
My sisters and I spoke about how it, connects comparison culture with serious mental health issues, and depression. I do love how you articulated this, as its encouraging conversations about body positivity, diverse representations in media, and promoting mental health resources can be vital steps in countering the negative effects of comparison culture.
I like the overall article which serves as an important reminder of the complexities of living in a digital age and the responsibility of both media creators and consumers to foster a healthier environment which I think we are heading that way.
I highly recommend reading and supporting Nadine as she is a wonderful and inspiring writer whom I look forward to reading more of her work.

Well done to Taylor too!
