Wellness Guest Programme Planner: Hotel Wellness Weekend Programme, Cost Sheet and Room Spec
Full description
For spa managers, food and beverage managers and general managers who want to sell a weekend wellness programme without guessing the numbers. The workbook holds a programme menu of 24 sample items across sleep, air, nutrition and movement. Each row takes capacity, runs, guests, price and cost per run, then calculates revenue, margin, fill rate, cost per guest and a price floor from your target cost percentage. A flag shows the first problem: blank price, no capacity cap, over capacity, below the floor or outside the fill band. A 30-point room and lounge specification covers sleep, air, the relaxation lounge, service and safety with tests, ratings and owners. A partner list tracks instructors, therapists and suppliers. The Word guide supplies a guest programme card, menu wording, room and lounge checklists, health forms, partner briefs and a feedback card.

FAQ
How is the price floor set?
Cost per guest divided by your target cost percentage. A price below the floor is flagged.
What counts as session fill rate?
Guests per run divided by capacity, for sessions only. Treatments are measured by therapist hours instead.
How is spa utilisation calculated?
Treatment hours sold divided by therapist hours available for the month, both entered by you.
Can I add my own items and themes?
Yes. Spare rows hold new items. Lists on Settings control the themes, formats and slots.
Do I need macros?
No. Every result is a standard worksheet formula.
