Full description

For founders, investors and operators who plan an indoor playground or a small family entertainment centre and need numbers a lender can follow. You enter your quotes, prices, staff plan, rent and a normal week of child visits. The workbook builds Year 1 month by month from the weekday profile and the season of each month, adds ticket, membership, cafe and party revenue, deducts cost of sales, staff, rent and running costs, then projects five years with break-even visitors per day, payback and NPV.

Save with a bundle: this template is also in the Food & Leisure Business Startup Bundle, 14 templates for $35 instead of $103. All 141 templates are in the All-Access Hospitality Template Library for $79.
