Here is a practical 7-day workbook designed to help you recalibrate: learn clearer signals, slow down reactivity, test hypotheses, practice responses, and set simple decision rules so you can act with integrity (not just reflex).
Each day has a short education piece, targeted exercises, scripts you can use in the moment, and journaling prompts. Spend 15–45 minutes a day depending on what you can manage.
Use a notebook or a note app. At the end of each day jot a single line: “Today I learned…” so you can track progress.
