Downloadable PDF knitting pattern.

The classic symmetrical triangular shawl Listopad is worked top-down from the centre of the top and out to the bottom edge. The knitting starts with the I-Cord tab cast-on, then the I-Cord runs along the shawl’s top edge. The centerline increases are worked in a special way to create a soft and delicate transition between two wings.

The shawl is knit in textural stitch patterns of different complexity from plain garter and eyelet stitch patterns to two-colour slip-stitch and not so commonly used variation of brioche stitch. The yarns in three colours contrast with each other to some extent and add even more visual interest to the finished shawl.

The pattern includes BOTH charted AND written instructions in 2 separate files.
