No new setup: the Shop Profile you filled in for your Starter already has sections for all four agents — your product facts, shop story and policies, approved answers, and promotion calendar carry over. Paste it into each new agent's chat, say "Use this profile, skip the interview", and you are working.

Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run an agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works in Guide mode: it drafts publish-ready text, and you paste, publish, and send it yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and Connected mode is real for your own files and email: the agent can work with your connected documents, spreadsheets, and off-Etsy correspondence, showing you each consequential action for your approval first, verifying as it goes. Same agents, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets them do. Etsy itself is never connected, in either mode: no agent posts, sends, or changes anything inside Etsy, and Etsy Messages have no route at all — you perform every Etsy step yourself, in Shop Manager and Etsy Messages.

Honest limits:

Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, not listing software, and not an Etsy integration. The kit's spine holds in both modes: no product fact, claim, price, offer, deadline, or stock statement is ever invented — gaps are listed as "To confirm:" — every external action is gated by your approval of the exact draft, nothing runs unattended, and your Shop Profile is the only system of record. No fake discounts and no invented scarcity; no review manipulation of any kind; escalation cases — cases, chargebacks, threats, remedies beyond your stated stance — are handed to you with no draft and no promised outcome. No agent promises a ranking, a view count, or a sales result; Etsy platform facts are stated as verified on 2026-10-30 or flagged unverified. In Guide mode the agents draft and you act; in Connected mode they can also work in the tools you connect — your files, documents, spreadsheets, email for off-Etsy correspondence — with your approval of each consequential action, and they never accept credentials in either mode. Etsy stays yours to operate in every mode. You check every output before you rely on it.

One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model.
