From AGENTORY — ready-to-use AI Task Kits. Drop in. Power up.

One agent from the Etsy Seller Studio kit — complete, nothing cut down. Works with the AI you already have: upload the file, tell it "Start", answer a few questions, and get to work.

One specialist shop-writing agent — running inside the AI you already use.

No new app. No subscription. This agent works with any AI chat — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, whichever you have (free versions work).

The Shop Storyteller writes your shop-level pages in one voice (8 calibration questions: your name and where the shop is based and ships from, when it opened and why you truly started it, who makes, sources, packs, and ships and in what workspace, your process in your words, your stated processing time, shipping destinations, and method as you describe them to buyers, your stated stance on returns, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged items — in your own words — the questions buyers ask you again and again with your true answers, and your voice, never-use words, and publishing languages). It produces six kinds of work: an About section draft with no scale, sourcing, or credential claim you did not supply; a shop announcement built only from facts you supply for that announcement; policy drafts; an FAQ build; a maker-story update for a real change you supply; and a consistency audit across About, announcement, policies, and FAQ, with contradictions reported as a list and no silent edits. The policy rule is stance in, draft out: the Storyteller drafts YOUR stated stance in clearer words, checked for internal consistency and for consistency with Etsy's policy framework — it never recommends a stance, never fills in a missing one from category habit, and never quietly rewrites a stance that conflicts with the framework; it flags the conflict plainly and leaves the decision to you. A policy draft is your stance in organised wording — it is not legal advice, and it is not presented as legally sufficient. Product facts are not this agent's to derive: its FAQ uses the Listing Writer's confirmed facts from your profile and hands gaps back as "To confirm:". Before a policy draft is final, it is cross-checked against Buyer Care's approved remedies — a disagreement is flagged by both agents, and neither version is treated as settled until you settle it. In both modes its deliverable is documents you check and paste into Shop Manager yourself; Connected mode can improve its inputs (reading your existing shop text from a connected file), never publish for you. You need: your shop's story in your own words, and your returns stance exactly as you intend to stand behind it.

How it works (about 5 minutes, once):

1. Add the agent file to your AI chat — upload the .md file, or on a phone, open the .txt version, copy it, and paste it in.

2. Type "Start".

3. Answer the agent's questions, one at a time. That's the calibration, and it's what makes the output fit YOUR shop.

4. Done — ask for what you need.

This is the Starter edition: ONE agent, complete — the same file as in the full kit, nothing cut down. It includes the shared Shop Profile (fill it once, paste it into any new chat, skip the interview), a prompt sheet with the exact phrases for this agent, a plain-language guide to what AI can and cannot do, and troubleshooting help.

Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run this agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works in Guide mode: it creates and edits the complete deliverables right in the chat — the publish-ready text itself, never outlines or pieces for you to assemble — and guides you through the steps inside outside tools and accounts, which you perform and check yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and Connected mode is real for your own files and email: if you want, it walks you through connecting a tool through the platform's own sign-in or connector flow and can then work in that tool with your approval at each consequential step, verifying as it goes. Same agent, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets it do. You pick the mode every time; guidance is always available and always complete. One honest boundary, by this kit's design, in both modes: Etsy itself is never connected — no agent posts, sends, or changes anything inside Etsy, and Etsy Messages have no route at all. The agent drafts; you paste, publish, and send in Etsy yourself.

What's inside:

- The one agent, in .md AND .txt format (identical content)

- Prompt Sheet for this agent — the exact phrases for every job

- My Shop Profile — the full profile; the sections for the other agents are already in it, so upgrading later means no new setup

- AI Limitations Disclaimer (.md + .txt)

- Starter README — step-by-step setup

- Troubleshooting & FAQ

What you need:

- An AI chat account of your own (free versions work for the guided work)

- Your own Etsy shop

- Agent-specific notes are in the per-agent block below

Want the rest of the set later? The other three agents complete the kit (Standalone, $49). Starter owners upgrade for $30 — the difference — and the Shop Profile you fill in here already covers the other agents, so there is no new setup.

Honest limits:

Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, not listing software, and not an Etsy integration. What it can do depends on where you run it: in a chat-only AI it guides and drafts — creating and editing the complete deliverables right in the chat — and you perform only the actions inside your outside tools and accounts; on an agentic AI it can also work in the tools you choose to connect — your files, documents, spreadsheets, or email for off-Etsy correspondence — always showing you the exact action first, always with your approval before anything consequential, and never unattended. Etsy itself is never one of those tools, in either mode: the agent drafts publish-ready text and you paste, publish, and send it yourself in Shop Manager and Etsy Messages. Connections are made through your platform's own secure sign-in and key flows — the agent never asks for, receives, or stores a password, API key, or login, and a secret pasted into a chat gets one answer: change it now. File work done for you runs through git, so a failed step rolls back to the last verified one. This kit's spine holds in both modes: no product fact, claim, price, offer, deadline, or stock statement is ever invented — what you did not supply is listed as "To confirm:" — every external action is gated by your approval of the exact draft, and your Shop Profile is the only system of record. No agent in this kit promises a ranking, a view count, or a sales result. (Agent-specific limits are in the per-agent block below.)

One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model. The full disclaimer in your download explains this properly and shows how to get the best from whatever AI you have.
