Find and replace URL hyperlink destinations using REGEX

GREP Hyperlinks is an Adobe InDesign script for finding, changing, and managing URL hyperlinks destinations across a document. InDesign offers no real find/change for hyperlink destinations — if a domain changes or a tracking parameter needs stripping from dozens of links, fixing them by hand is slow and error-prone. This script lists every URL hyperlink, lets you search and replace within the destinations using regular expressions, and bundles the most common cleanup jobs into one-click Quick Actions.

You can filter the list to hyperlinks on text or on objects, sort by page or alphabetically, click any entry to jump to it in the layout, and apply changes to every link or only the ones that match your search.
