UNBROKEN — Is It Worth the Subscription? | AI Subscription Review Kit

Another AI tool. Another monthly charge. But is it earning its place?

Before another tool gets your money, take a look at what you already use—and what you actually need.

Is It Worth the Subscription? is a practical, self-guided digital kit for people reviewing existing AI subscriptions or comparing a free plan before paying for another one.

WHAT YOU GET

• A 7-page Start Here PDF with step-by-step instructions, fictional examples, privacy tips and troubleshooting.

• An editable Excel workbook with three worksheets: Subscription Review, Free vs Paid, and Examples.

• Editable decision checklists in a plain-text file.

USE IT TO

• List up to 50 subscriptions, enter monthly-equivalent costs, and record usage, renewal dates and next steps.

• Compare one tool’s free and paid plans against the work you need to finish. Seven starter requirements cover usage limits, exports, watermarks, commercial use, privacy, file access and collaboration; five additional rows let you add your own.

• Keep unanswered questions visible before deciding to keep, test, downgrade or review a cancellation.

• Plan a representative test before using more AI credits or changing a plan.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

This kit does not connect to your accounts, cancel subscriptions, send notifications or make decisions for you. Set reminders separately in your own calendar or reminder app. It includes no live vendor-price directory or guaranteed savings. Check current pricing, limits and terms with each provider.
