CHECK BEFORE PURCHASING

Review the watermarked pre-purchase material specification shown in the product images. The proposed and as-built junction must match the specified materials, thicknesses, thermal properties, dimensions, element U-values and construction arrangement.

This is not a generic value for every E-07 junction. Changes to the construction or model inputs may require a separate calculation.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

The report covers thermal-bridging performance for the modelled junction and has been prepared in accordance with the calculation methodology stated in the report.

Fire, acoustic, structural, weatherproofing and general moisture compliance are outside the scope of this thermal calculation and must be separately designed and verified by the appropriate project specialists.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the report is suitable for the proposed project before using its calculated values in SAP, Building Regulations or other compliance assessments.
