Held. Recording Four - Trusting your body
Trusting Your Body 🤍
A gentle, grounding guided relaxation to help you reconnect with your body and approach birth with trust, compassion and confidence.
During pregnancy, there can be so much focus on what your body should be doing — how it should feel, how it should change and, eventually, how it should birth.
Trusting Your Body offers you something different.
A space to stop placing expectations on your body and begin listening to it instead.
Through calming relaxation and hypnobirthing techniques, you’ll be invited to notice your body without judgement, soften where you can and explore what it means to work with yourself as you prepare for birth.
Because trusting your body doesn’t mean believing that birth will unfold in one particular way.
It doesn’t mean you can’t ask for help, choose pain relief, accept medical support or change your mind.
Trust isn’t a promise about how your birth will unfold. It’s something you can carry with you, however it unfolds.
This recording gently reminds you that you can listen to your body, respond to what you need and make choices as each moment arrives.
Your body doesn’t need to prove anything.
And neither do you.
Your body and you are on the same side.
Just press play, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be Held. 🤍
