Held. Recording two - Breathing into calm
Breathing Into Calm 🤍
A soothing guided relaxation to help you slow down your breathing, soften your body and create a sense of calm you can return to whenever you need it.
Your breath is always with you.
In moments of uncertainty, overwhelm, or intensity, it can become an anchor - something familiar to come back to when everything around you feels a little louder.
Breathing into calm gently guides you into relaxation, helping you release tension from your body and use your breath to create space, softness and calm.
As you listen, you'll practice breathing techniques that can become familiar throughout pregnancy and something you can instinctively return to during labour and birth - wherever and however your birth unfolds.
This isn't about controlling every breath or getting it perfectly right.
It's about discovering what happens when you give yourself permission to slow down, soften and breathe.
Your breath. Your body. Your calm. Always there when you need to come back to it.
Just press play, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be Held.
