The AI Literacy Kit gives you a simple, proportionate way to do both. Decide what each group of roles needs to know. Record where each person is. Log the learning they do. Keep a register of the steps your organisation has taken. The Summary tab then writes a plain-English record you can print or put in a board paper.

WHY NOW

The EU AI Act's AI literacy article has applied since February 2025, and national authorities began enforcing it in August 2026. A July 2026 amendment reworded it so organisations must take measures to support AI literacy. The question has become "what have you done, for whom, and how do you know?" The UK has no equivalent law, but the same plan is good practice, and it matters if your AI outputs are used in the EU.
