The reason this meal plan helps to burn excess body fat while containing maintenance calories is because it’s very high in vegetables and high-water fruit.
And calories from high-fiber, high water fresh foods like this are much less absorbable than from more concentrated foods.
Each, breakfast and dinner are 700 kcal, and dinner is 600 kcal.
