+++This is a measure and cut pattern which means that there are NO TEMPLATES to print off and match up- Yay! You need a rotary cutter, ruler and mat and you can cut the pattern pieces straight from the fabric. This is easier than it sounds because the pieces are all simple squares and rectangles.

When you buy this pattern, you have my permission to make this bag to sell- no mass production allowed of course but a few to sell at craft fairs or online, that sort of thing is fine. All I ask is that you credit me as the designer. I wish you all the success in the world with sales!

All measurements are in INCHES.

Strange name for a bag I hear you say - what does it mean exactly? Well put simply, this as a great value pattern with three styles included which is designed to grow as your sewing skills do. You get to design your own bag to suit your sewing level and needs.

If you are a confident beginner sewist with some general skills under your belt, but you REALLY want to get into bag making, this is the pattern for you! It starts out as the simplest tote bag with only a lining, boxed corners and handles. And you can stop there. Or you can take it one step further and add some lined slip pockets. And stop there. Or you can keep growing and add some zipper pockets. Or mix and match. Or add just zipper pockets. The choice is yours and this pattern gives you everything that you need to know. This is a great value pattern!

Pattern Rating: confident beginner: start small and end big and all with the same pattern! And there are links in the pattern companion blogs which go into much more detail about techniques than a pattern can.

Pattern Features:
Bag one - simply a bag with boxed corners, lining and optional hardware
Bag two - add lined slip pockets to the basic pattern
Bag three - dial in some easy zipper box pockets and add these to the basic pattern

½ yd. cotton fabric for the lining
For the next easiest bag:
½ yd. canvas for the outer
½ yd. cotton fabric for the lining
For the bag with everything:

Coordinating threads for all fabrics and trims
Your usual sewing needs including scissors, markers, and extra feet for your sewing machine (zipper foot for example). You know, the usual stuff!
