Underperforming Hotel Stabilisation Plan & 12-Month Turnaround Tracker: Hotel Turnaround Scorecard, Action Plan and Cash Runway Workbook
Full description
For general managers, asset managers and owners who take over a hotel that misses budget, scores badly with guests or burns cash. The workbook scores the hotel against 12 KPIs with ramp targets at day 30, 60, 90 and month 12, turns the gap into a weighted health score, tracks 61 sample actions (plus 8 spare rows) with owner, dates, tasks done, status and a 12-month Gantt, records 52 weeks of results and cash, and works out the cash runway from a 4-week average burn. A Word plan adds the diagnostic, the 30-60-90 plan, the operating rhythm and the forms. It supports the manager's decisions; the owner and your advisers approve funding and staffing changes.

FAQ
What does the health score measure?
Each KPI scores the share of its healthy level reached, from 0 to 100. The score is the weighted average, so you see one number at baseline and one now.
How is the cash runway worked out?
Monthly burn is the average net cash outflow of the last 4 weeks x 52 / 12. Runway is the cash balance divided by that burn. The flag turns Watch and Critical at levels you set.
Can I change the KPIs and targets?
Yes. Rename the KPIs, change the targets, healthy levels and weights. Weights must add to 100; the Checks tab tells you if they do not.
Do I type progress and status?
No. You enter tasks done. Progress, label, status and the Gantt are calculated from the tasks and the dates.
Does it use macros?
No. Every result is a standard worksheet formula.
