Full description

For hotel general managers, revenue managers and sales teams who sell day-use rooms, pool passes, spa days or work-from-hotel packages to non-staying guests. You list each product with its price and cost per sale, set daily capacity by time slot and log bookings. The workbook shows the contribution of each product, which slots run full or empty, and on which dates day-use rooms would push out an overnight sale, so you can open, cap or close them before the date arrives.

Save with a bundle: this template is also in the Hotel Sales, Marketing & Revenue Bundle, 14 templates for $39 instead of $100. All 141 templates are in the All-Access Hospitality Template Library for $79.

FAQ

What counts as one unit?

One room, one pass, one guest or one package, as you name it on Product_Menu. Capacity and utilisation use the same unit.

How does the displacement check decide?

It compares forecast overnight rooms sold plus a turnaround buffer with your hotel rooms. Day-use rooms above the free level are at risk, and dates at or above your closing occupancy show Close day-use.

Can I change the categories, slots and channels?

Yes. Edit the lists on Settings and the drop-downs follow. Slot times are inputs too.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs after import.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
