Every package is individually created around the young person and the areas they would like support with, making it a genuinely personal experience rather than a one-size-fits-all product.

• A personalised therapeutic recording created specifically for them
• A personalised book or journal containing therapeutic stories, activities and resources, tailored to their age and individual needs

• A personalised keepsake suitcase containing their resources
• A USB containing their personalised therapeutic recording and digital materials
• Guidance for parents/carers to help support the therapeutic work at home

Child or Teen Package

When ordering, you can choose whether the package is designed for a Child or Teen.

For children, the personalised therapeutic story, journal and activities can be brought together in one specially created book.

For teenagers, the format and content can be adapted to suit their age, personality and preferences. Depending on the individual, this may include a personalised therapeutic story, a journal-style book, or a combination of therapeutic stories, activities and resources.

This will be discussed during the consultation so that the package feels appropriate and relevant to the young person.

How it works

This is a personalised, made-to-order package and is not an instant-download product.

Once your order has been placed, I will contact you by email to arrange your initial consultation.

During the consultation, we will discuss your child or teenager, the areas you would like support with and anything that will help me create a package that feels personal and meaningful to them.

I will then create the personalised elements of the package for you.

The completed package will be carefully prepared and posted to you.

Please note that, because each package is individually created, the finished package will be prepared following your consultation rather than being dispatched immediately after purchase.

Postage is included in the price.
