"Everything is love already"
There is a silent meditation for the first hour (approx) then Tom gives some advice for Self-Enquiry practice and describes our true nature in a guided practice. Participants are then invited to share their experience of the practice. A verse from Sri Guru Ramana Prasadam is shared and Tom explains the deeper meaning of bowing to the guru's feet. Towards the end of the video, Tom gives a beautiful synopsis of Self-Enquiry practice.
