So Basically....

I started writing in seventh grade. That is when I wrote my first poem and I still remember most of it. By eighth grade, I was journaling. Writing has always been how I made sense of things and I never lost sight of it.

Now at 46, I am channeling my thoughts, experiences and observations into books, journals and blogs. Not to expose myself, but to help someone else feel less alone in theirs.

This space is where that work lives. It is reflective, intentional and written from real life, not performance.

If something here resonates, it is probably because it was written from a place of honesty rather than explanation.
