I keep class sizes small, so places are reserved specifically for each student. For this reason, please read the following before enrolling.

Regular Classes

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once a place has been confirmed.

If a student misses an individual lesson, a recording will be provided where available so that they can catch up. Fees are not prorated for missed lessons.

Masterclasses & Workshops

Fees are non-refundable once a place has been confirmed.

Where a recording is offered, it will be made available according to the access period stated on the programme page.

Digital Resources

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once the resource has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a problem accessing a purchased resource, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

If a Programme Is Cancelled

If English by Cheryl needs to cancel a programme and a suitable alternative cannot be offered, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

If an unexpected situation arises, please get in touch. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
