By enrolling in a programme or purchasing a resource, you agree to the terms below.

Enrolment & Payment

Payment confirms your place in a programme or your purchase of a digital resource, unless otherwise stated.

Places in small-group programmes are limited and are confirmed on a first-confirmed basis.

Classes, Masterclasses & Workshops

Each programme will have its own information regarding dates, timings, format, preparation, recordings and access.

Where a recording is provided, access will be available for the period stated on the relevant programme page.

Learning Materials

Materials created by English by Cheryl are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use.

Please do not reproduce, share, upload, distribute or resell these materials without permission.

Digital Resources

Digital resources purchased from English by Cheryl are for personal use by the purchaser or the intended student. They should not be reproduced, shared, uploaded or resold.

Changes to Programmes

Occasionally, changes may need to be made to programme arrangements. Where there is a significant change, reasonable notice will be given where possible.

Educational Outcomes

English by Cheryl provides teaching, guidance and learning materials to support students' development. However, individual learning and examination outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
