You Deserve a Peaceful Life Sparkly Unicorn

The workbook neurodivergent

women are using to to break up with

dysfunctional family dynamics and

relationships & build

their version of peace

one boundary at a time.

You've listened to every self help podcast on how to set boundaries with your dysfunctional family and relationships but you have no clue where to even begin.

Say goodbye to obsessively checking their read receipt, wondering if what you said was taken the wrong way and sitting in a cold sweat as you google how to unsend a text message.

Say hello to walking into your next family gathering and responding to your parents snide remarks with the confidence of a 5 year old demanding his tenth toy truck.

Introducing

“You deserve a peaceful life Sparkly Unicorn” the workbook to help you go from apologising for your very existence to feeling the freedom that comes with being the woman who backs herself fully.

Setting the boundary is one thing but then you've actually got to live with the fucker.

Because saying the thing doesn't magically stop you checking the read receipt, replaying the conversation, feeling like the bad daughter or wanting to uno reverse the whole thing the minute the guilt kicks in.

That's the part I help you with too.

Feel like a seven-year-old again the moment you sense they're judging you and they haven't even replied to your text about needing space. So you over-explain, apologise some more, and feel like you're letting them down, all in one burrito. And on top of it all you spend the next 4 hours pacing back and forth to your phone to check if they've replied.

Imagine this

  • You walk into your next gathering with your dysfunctional family, with a plan and knowing exactly how to respond to awkward questions from that one weird uncle without melting into a puddle .
  • Instead of checking your phone for the billionth time at 11:59pm, whether what you said was taken the wrong way, you just whipped your bra off and called it a night.
  • You just let your phone ring out when your narcissistic mother called back to back 6 times and left you essay worthy messages of why you're the problem child and you went on with your day, without feeling like the bad daughter.

What's Inside

  • My signature framework for identifying the dysfunctional dynamics you've been normalising, helping you finally see the pattern clearly instead of feeling like the crazy one for wanting to bolt in the opposite direction

  • A breakdown of the three boundary types, because the same script you downloaded from a free PDF isn't going to fit every relationship in your life.

  • A guide to building your own support team: who you can call on, what you can call on them for, and who you might need to stop expecting things from that they were never capable of giving.

  • A compassionate aftercare plan for the obsession spirals, impulsive undoing and 11pm wobbles that can have you backflipping on a boundary you've already set.

You've given to everyone but you. It's time to fully back yourself in a way no one's ever done for you.

What women are saying

Artboard 1

My biggest aha moment: I don't have to give everyone access! You can control the amount of access someone has to you. It doesn't have to be all or nothing

The workbook helped me understand my relationship with my elders is unhealthy. It made me think like if I'm doing all these things all the time, why am I having a relationship with these people? Didn't realise I could tell people I don't deserve to be treated that way. The questions brought to light just how dysfunctional my family is.

Years of therapy and I've never got the message as loud and clear as I have in the workbook. It has reduced my anxiety so much. Understanding myself and what my triggers are, I can better prepare myself and identify what my needs are, based on how I respond, helps remove a lot of the anxiety because I'm able to address where it's coming from.

The question that was an eye opener was "what am I expecting others to tolerate from me?" And it helped me say no when I'm not in a good place, to be aware that I need to take a step back to process my own emotions before attempting to help, because I want my people to have the best version of me.

I realised the family members I was placing high value on, were not really high value. When I took away the title of who they are to me I got angry at how much I normalised how they treated me.

It allows you to take a step back and get a Birds Eye view and discover you may not actually be the problem and in areas you may be the problem you have the opportunity to work on it.

The great thing is every time I can read the same question and I will get a different response every time based on where I'm at in my life.

About Me

Hi! I'm Gena AuDHDer + CPTSDer mum of four, black sheep turned sparkly unicorn and boundaries extraordinaire. I came from having no boundaries to learning them the hard way. I walked away from a life of abuse, drug addiction and neglect & built my version of peace one boundary at a time.

And now I'm sharing the foundations I wish I had with you!

FAQs

What if the reason you keep going back on your boundaries the minute you feel like you're going to let them down shows up, is that you've only ever learnt the scripts, but not how to hold yourself afterwards when your emotions take the front seat and your logical brain goes out the window?

The truth is if you want to feel free from the relationships that drain you and leave you feeling like you've got nothing left in the tank, you need somewhere that teaches you what to do in the aftermath not just what to say.

And if you want that You Deserve a Peaceful Life Sparkly Unicorn is for you.
