This course is sth that I was looking for since I age 50 . I was afraid about my flexibility and strenth it absolutely is the thing that fit me 100%. I recommend to everyone
After 1 month of 4-5 times of exercice a week I start feeling a difference. I am 72 years old and medium fit. It took my body a few weeks to get adjusted to these new exercices of streching. So I slept poorly for about 3 weeks. Then I did the exercices every day and big surprise I sleep much better. So I am very happy with this course.
I've been doing this routine for about a month and I have to say it changes your life: more energy, more flexibility and also more strength, especially in the legs.

I am learning this routine but already my body is becoming stronger and more flexible. The instructions are clear and very well demonstrated. The master is clearly in control of all the movements. I have been practicing qigong and tai chi for years but this brings me to a higher level and I feel much healthier. Thank you to the master for making these videos available.
I am 67 and I am very happy with 30 min. full body practice. I do this practice 5 days a weak and very satisfied. With this practice I want to harmonize all 5 elements / water, wood, fire, earth and air / and all 5 organs / kidney, liver, heart, spleen and lung/ in my body for better filling and activity in my life. Recently I found this website and I am very happy with this!!!
I just have a short time period in the morning, to take care of my self. But I did need to excercise and get my energies back, due to multiple injures, a knee and a shoulder. And a urgent need to work on my core. This routine is awakening back my vital energies. I can feel a lot more energy flowing through my body. I was interested on approaching Tai Chi and Qi works, Qi Dong. This course really helped me to get into a self discipline that I can’t do without now. Thank you Master
