How Your Data is Stored and Used

To process your order, data is shared with the following third parties:

Microsoft Outlook (the email service to which I receive order notifications and business emails)

Data that may be collected:

Name
Postal Address
Email address
Telephone number
What you've purchased, how much you paid and when
How many times you've downloaded digital products
Any information you add via email conversations and custom order forms.

This information is used by Kade Peregrine Art for the purposes of fulfilling your order and retaining necessary records for income reporting and tax compliance.

Data Complaints

From 19th June 2026, Section 103 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 requires all UK businesses that collect and process personal data to have a procedure for handling data protection complaints.

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed by Kade Peregrine Art, you can submit a complaint to peregrinesales_complaints@outlook.com, or to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Your complaint should say who you are and why you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

To investigate your complaint, your identity will need to be verified. To ensure that I can verify your identity without becoming responsible for additional personal information about you, you may be asked to send an email from the email address used for your order, and to list information about your previous orders.

Please include in your complaint:

any supporting evidence you have for your complaint
If you're complaining on behalf of someone else, evidence that proves you have authority to do so

You are entitled to acknowledgement of your complaint within 30 days of when Kade Peregrine Art receives it, as well as updates on the progress of the investigation.
