If you change your mind or the item is received damaged or not as expected, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Use the Contact form to let me know you want to return the item and I'll email a Royal Mail label to you. Attach the label to the original mailing packaging and take it to your nearest Click & Drop or Post Office, and your refund will be processed as soon as I receive the item.
Due to the constantly changing state of international regulations, there may be some delay in my ability to offer international shipping to your country. There are also some countries that I will be unable to ship to due to barriers to compliance:
EU packaging directives require businesses shipping to some countries to register for packaging monitoring to ensure packaging is recyclable. An initiative that covers the whole of the EU is planned.
Unfortunately, at this point I can't afford to register for all of these initiatives, so cannot offer shipping to these countries.
EU Product Liability Directive - all businesses selling to the EU (including digital goods) must appoint an EU authorised responsible person to handle safety complaints. As I can't afford to do this and exact guidance on how to do this for small businesses is not yet available, I regret that I can no longer sell to EU countries, including Northern Ireland.
To keep postage and packaging costs low and to reduce waste, I try to reuse packaging as much as possible. This means the packaging may look a little rumpled or may be sporting a little extra eco-friendly packing tape. It's nothing to worry about, just my way of trying to reduce the environmental impact of my business.
