Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase is required.

❗️ For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

We will provide further return instructions by email.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

1. Please contact us by email first.
2. Place a new order for the item you would like instead.
3. Once we receive your returned item in original condition, we will process the return according to our policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
