Welcome to MiniChili Studio. By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

MiniChili Studio is an independent small business based in Finland.

All products are handmade unless otherwise stated. Because items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or details may occur.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is:

• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraud
• Product availability issues

If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded.

3. Pricing and Payments

Payment is processed securely by Payhip through third-party payment providers, which may include:

• credit/debit card processors
• PayPal (if offered)
• other payment services supported by Payhip

We do not collect or store your full card/payment details.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Customers must contact us by email before returning an item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges will be processed after a new order is placed.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of MiniChili Studio.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce designs
• Resell or redistribute digital or physical designs
• Use images without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

MiniChili Studio is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions (please check material descriptions carefully)
• Damage caused by improper use
• Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are responsible for proper care of jewelry items.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Finnish law.
